Terms of use

By using Thana you accept these terms. They are short on purpose.
What Thana is
Thana connects sellers with buyers, landlords with tenants, and employers with candidates. We are not a party to any deal, we don't hold money and we don't guarantee the goods, property or jobs that are listed.
Your account
You must be 18 or over. You are responsible for what happens with your account. One person or business, one account.
Listings
Only list what you have the right to sell, rent out or offer, with a true price and details and your own photos. Not allowed: illegal or stolen goods, weapons, drugs, false or misleading listings, duplicates, offensive or discriminatory content, and jobs that ask the candidate to pay. When something sells, mark it as sold.
By publishing, you allow us to show the listing and its photos on Thana and in Thana's own promotion while the listing is active.
Messages and safety
Don't send money before you have seen the item or property. Don't share codes, passwords or card details. Report anything suspicious with the Report button. You can block a person: they can no longer message you, and you stop seeing their listings.
Moderation
We may hide or remove listings and block accounts that break these terms or the law. Listings with several reports are hidden automatically until we review them. You can also report a person from a conversation. If you think we got it wrong, write to us.
Promotions
A promotion shows your listing first for the number of days you choose. It is switched on once payment is confirmed. If the listing is removed for breaking these terms, the promotion is not refunded.
Liability
Thana is provided "as is". As far as the law allows, we are not liable for deals between users or for losses arising from using listings. These terms are governed by Albanian law.
Changes
If we change these terms in an important way, we will tell you in the app.
