Deleting your account

You can delete your Thana account at any time.

In the app

Open Profile → Delete account and confirm. It happens straight away.

Without the app

Write to info@thana.al from the email address you sign in to Thana with. We delete it within 7 days and confirm by email.

What is deleted

Your account, name, phone, listings, photos, messages, saved searches, saved listings and push tokens. Backups are overwritten within 14 days. Messages you sent are no longer shown to anyone.
